Hi, I’m Demonte Baptiste, also known creatively as Chubbz — the eye and energy behind PCM (Pay Chubbz Media). I’m a self-taught photographer with over 10 years of hands-on experience capturing authentic moments, dynamic visuals, and the stories that matter most.
Based in the Bay Area, I’ve spent the last decade developing a style rooted in passion, precision, and real connection. Whether it's portraits, events, lifestyle shoots, or creative content, my approach is always personal, blending technical skill with a deep understanding of how to bring out the best in every frame.

Meet Your Creative Producer + Editor
Hi, I’m Nikki, I'm an Oakland native with a background in photojournalism, podcasting, graphic design, and visual storytelling. As the co-founder of Stackhouse Studio in partnership with PCM, I’m passionate about creating visuals and experiences that blend storytelling, creativity, and culture.
My work spans across creative production, set design, graphic design, and post-production photo editing, allowing me to contribute to projects from behind the scenes through final execution. I also work alongside Chubbz as his set assistant and second camera, supporting productions through on-set coordination, creative collaboration, and visual storytelling.
Being part of fast paced creative environments has strengthened my passion for bringing ideas to life through intentional visuals and strong production execution. Whether I’m designing graphics, building creative sets, editing content, or assisting during production, my goal is always to help create work that feels authentic, polished, and impactful.
